Rescheduling or Cancelling

At Allseasons Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients and ensure our team’s time is respected.

   Notice Periods & Charges

  • 72+ hours’ notice → No penalty. Full refund if prepaid.

  • Within 72 hours but before 9:00am the business day before service → 30% of total booking cost will apply.

  • After 9:00am the business day before service → 50% of total booking cost will apply.

  • 24 hours or less notice → Full service rate will be charged.

  • Lockouts (unable to access property on arrival) → Full service rate will be charged.

   Why This Policy?

When bookings are cancelled at short notice, we are unable to reallocate that time to other clients, which results in a direct loss of income for both our business and our cleaning technicians. Our team members set aside time to provide you with the best service, and this policy helps us protect their livelihoods while continuing to deliver quality service to our community.
